The ideal candidate is a Product Management professional with a track record of bringing innovative B2B AI enterprise products to market and have technical background to work closely with our engineering teams. This professional will be passionate about a cloud/SaaS Platform and has impeccable product management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our AI products, aligning it with the companys overall goals and vision.


• Help define new market opportunities through market research and competitive analysis, establish target audience, develop product collaterals and competitive differentiation assets.


• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.


• Champion product and platform capabilities to deliver a delightful user experience and ease of use to customers and partners.


• Closely work with core product engineering team, data science team and other cross functional team to drive the development of AI products from concept to launch.


• Ensure timely and high-quality product releases by managing the product development process, setting clear milestones, and tracking progress.



• Work with marketing, presales, sales and training organization to help them create the necessary collaterals for new offerings to help enable internal people as well as customers and partners.


• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products post-launch.


• Sound knowledge of business process system integrations and APIs.


• ICI is a highly configurable platform and is one of the key selling points of Icertis so it is important for candidate to get very proficient in configuring, building and showing compelling demos across the breadth of ICI product portfolio.


• Interface and proactively manage requirements from stakeholders inside and outside of Icertis to help build short-term and long-term product roadmap for AI products that delivers a winning product portfolio across customer segments, verticals, and business functions.


• Champion the voice of the customer within the organization to ensure products meet customer expectations.


• Build relationships and work closely with other product managers and engineering teams to provide and prioritize external requirements.


• Participate in sales and marketing engagements to maintain freshness of customer, bring new market perspectives, and evangelize Icertis products.


• Support and participate in external events like trade shows, customer meetings, pre-sale demos, business events, and engagement with leading industry analysts.


• Work closely with Marketing team to build release themes, product strategy, and go-to-market plans.


• Engage with and support the Senior Management team leaders as required.


• Domestic and international travel required.

Skills

• 12-15 years of Product Management experience.


• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise B2B experience and related ERP systems.


• Strong experience in delivering high class AI solutions in a fast-paced enterprise software delivered as SaaS.


• Strong awareness of latest in AI and machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.


• Ability to identify potential opportunities to deliver business value, translate them into business requirements and finally into platform capabilities.


• Strong track record of defining and delivering successful AI powered innovations with data-driven and customer-centric approach


• Proficiency in driving hands-on labs as well as building and delivering compelling demos at various events.


• Recent experience with Enterprise Software delivered as SaaS/Cloud is essential.


• Top notch written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to build and defend business cases.


• BA/BS in Computer Science.


• MBA and/or experience in Management Consulting is preferred.
