Antara Assisted care is seeking a dedicated and experienced City Head of Operations to oversee and manage our senior care homes services in Bangalore. The City Head will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care andservices for our residents and clients.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the senior care home services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to residents and clients.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided
• Lead and manage teams.Collaborate with the healthcare team to
• develop individualized care plans for residents and clients, ensuring their physical, emotional,and social well-being.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and company policies in all operational aspects.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize efficiency, and enhance the overall resident and client experience.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.
• Liaises with departments for smooth running of the facility.
• Good knowledge if P and L.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
