• Taking charge of intangible business valuations related to management planning & corporate strategy, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax and regulatory compliance, and restructuring & reorganization.- Identifying issues, developing, and implementing strategies related to the executable procedures.- Play an active role in generating reports and detailed financial modeling.- Should be a team player and motivate team members.- Identify business development opportunities and provide valuable inputs to the business team for writing proposals that can fetch new business opportunities.- Stay updated regarding the current business scenario and economic developments that match our requirements and also help to boost the client's business.Required Skills :


• Must acquire excellence in the related field.


• Should be considerate about project management.- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Should be a fast learner and adaptive to new tools and technologies.



• Experienced in FAS 123 R, 157, and 409a OR Equity Research would be appreciated- Must be familiar with Investment Banking and Corporate Finance concepts


• Expertise in financial modeling, including hands-on experience in building models from scratch using MS Excel and related software- Proficiency in any of the following sectors will be preferred


• Financial Services BFSI, IT/ ITES / Blockchain, AI, ML.- Willingness to travel if required


• Familiarity with databases such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.Required Qualification:

  A post-graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CA), or Business- 5-10 years of relevant experience- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in utilizing Valuation techniques and methodologies, which include Purchase Price Allocations (PPA), Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Income Approach, market comparable, etc.


• Prior experience of working for a business valuation firm, national valuation firm, venture capital, financial research, investment banking, or commercial banking- Achievement or certification in CFA, ASA, CPA, or related field.Must Haves- Project management skills- Strong communication and presentation skills- The M&A capability aims at Pre and Post-Merger work such as target screening, synergy assessment, post-merger integration, and portfolio interventions.- Detailed knowledge of different stages of merger and acquisition life cycle- Must be proficient in Due Diligence and Post Merger planning and/or execution


• Expertise in developing technology strategy or playing an advisory role in any of the following areas: processes, infrastructure, governance, cyber-security, applications, and cloud technology- Competence in identifying gaps and risks pertaining to integration, maturity, and enablement


• Provide risk mitigation recommendations in the M&A context- Knowledge and experience in the areas of market analysis, financial analysis and reporting, and gathering competitive intelligence, especially revolving around M&A activity- Proficiency in Joint Venture and Divestiture planning & execution About the company :- What makes Antier a GREAT fit for you?
