AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilledAI/MLEngineerwith expertise inLarge Language Models (LLMs),LangChain,model fine-tuning, anddata scienceto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, training, and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models, as well as experience building robust infrastructure to support model deployment. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, data preprocessing, and production-grade model deployments.

1. LLM Development & Fine-Tuning:

• Design, train, and fine-tune large language models for domain-specific applications.
• Implement workflows using frameworks such asLangChainfor building modular and efficient LLM-based systems.

1. Model Training & Optimization:
   

• Perform hyperparameter tuning, transfer learning, and other optimization techniques for pre-trained models.
• Train transformer-based models using libraries likeHugging Face Transformers,PyTorch, andTensorFlow.
• Build and optimize reinforcement learning workflows for specific tasks.

1. Infrastructure & Deployment:

• Design and implement scalable deployment infrastructure forMLmodels using tools likeDocker,Kubernetes, andAWS/GCP/Azure.

1. DataEngineering& Preprocessing:

• Process, clean, and analyze large datasets to enable model training.
• Develop pipelines for handling real-time data streams and large-scale batch processing.

• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge research inAI/ML, including advancements in LLMs, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
• Implement and experiment with the latest models and techniques to enhance performance and scalability.

1. Collaboration & Leadership:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including dataengineers, product managers, and software developers, to deliverMLsolutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to juniorengineers.
