As an Analyst, Remediation & Operational Risk Your key areas of responsibility include identification, scoping and execution of customer remediation activity across Institutional. The role will also work with frontline to improve customer experience when implementing remediation activity and other internal Risk & Compliance stakeholders.

Role Specific Skills And Experience Are As Follows

• Understanding of the Financial Products and/or knowledge of product related regulations and obligations.
• Understanding the need to mitigate business operational risks in line with established risk management and compliance frameworks.
  

Technical/Business Skills

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to develop appropriate solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Connect well with stakeholders and partners and forge strong relationships.
• Exposure to Global Working: Experience working in globally distributed teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
• BFSI Experience: Experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector
