Job Description
- As a Chapter Lead in Tech New Zealand squad at ANZ, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment that fosters growth and continuous learning. Your role will involve guiding your team on professional development, coaching them towards achieving their best performance. You will also be tasked with driving the product strategy and delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure seamless user experience.
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership experience, product ownership skills, analytical proficiency, stakeholder management ability, and a problem-solving orientation. With at least 15 years of relevant experience in Testing, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, or Agile Coaching in an enterprise-scale organization, you should also possess knowledge of various tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Agile & Scrum methodologies.
