Customer Service Representative - Banking Operations

What role you will play in team: Provide excellent customer service to bank customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their accounts and transactions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using banking software and systems.
