Job Description
This role is responsible for end to end BBS activities in QS team. He/she must understand all types of drawings, prepare BOQs from various drawings, prepare comparative statements, plan total Scope (BBS)for various materials. He/she must have excellent analytical abilities.
- Plan total Scope (BBS) for monthly preparation of BBS of raft, footing, retaining wall, column, beam & slab quantity measurement- like concrete quantity of raft, retaining wall, footing column, steel, beam and slab shuttering
- Co-ordinate with the Structural Engineers for queries related to Structural drawings
- Co-ordinate with Site Engineer and Project Engineer for day to day activities.
- Validate contractors monthly bills; Ensure timely payment of contractor’s monthly bills based on work done on site.
- Conduct material reconciliation; Prepare reconciliation statement based on the quantity of materials received, quantity of materials used, balance on site and then calculate the material wastage.
