Deputy Manager/AM - Waterproofing

Role & responsibilities

1. Monitor day to day visit & coordination with inter departments for progress of works & to check availability of work front at site level.

2. Work execution as per site approved work policies / Method Statement & approved material submittal.

3. Inspection of material in coordination with quality team as per approved Material Submittal and monitoring the same at site level.

4. Coordination with vendor / PMC / quality team for mock-up & approvals as per the project specification / work orders.

6. Distributing revised drawings for the team members / vendors for execution of work at site & bill verification also assign day to day work to the team members.

7. Tracking the actual work progress and sharing reports/ feedback with senior management on regular basis for the project.

8. Attend project review meetings, including Quality Review meetings related to waterproofing works.

9. Conduct regular meeting with inter departments / vendor and team members on regular basis.

10. Conduct regular meeting for man power mobilization / work progress / and other related works on regular basis.

11. Conduct regular trainings for team members / work force and vendors related to the waterproofing works.

12. Conduct investigations and repair for any failing waterproofing works.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have total experience in waterproofing in High-rise residential buildings.
