Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain and update candidate databases, develop a pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong skills in developing and maintaining candidate databases
• Experience in partnering with hiring managers and understanding recruitment needs
• Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
