Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and employee referrals

  
  
• 
  

  Screen resumes and job applications

  
  
  
• 
  

  Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person)

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

  
  
• 
  

  Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

  
  
• 
  

  Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

  
  
• 
  

  Promote companys reputation as best place to work

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  
  
•

  Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or at a staffing agency)
  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

  
  
• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus

  
  

Preferred Skills:

• 
  

  Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on LinkedIn, Boolean search)

  Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles

  Familiarity with employer branding strategies
