Were looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to support our GTM Enablement team across Learning Administration, LMS/CMS Management, and Content Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage training logistics (virtual & in-person), rosters, attendance & reports
- Administer LMS/CMS (Highspot), upload & audit content
- Pull analytics reports on training effectiveness & platform usage
- Manage user accounts, permissions & learning paths
- Write & proofread enablement content, announcements & playbooks
- Support creation of job aids, guides & presentation materials
Qualifications:

- 2+ years in L&D Coordination, Sales Enablement, Marketing Ops, or Training Admin
- Hands-on LMS/CMS administration experience
- Strong copywriting & proofreading skills
- Excellent organizational & reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
