Manager – Sanctions Screening Operations

• A Fortune 500 global insurance organization is looking to hire an experienced Manager Sanctions Screening Operations to lead large-scale Financial Crime / Sanctions Screening teams in a global delivery environment.
• This is a senior leadership role for professionals currently managing high-volume sanctions screening operations within MNC Insurance or Banking organizations.

Role Overview

• The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end sanctions screening operations, leading large teams, driving operational metrics, and ensuring compliance excellence in a high-performance environment.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience 45 years of managerial experience in Sanctions Screening / Financial Crime operations Experience with MNC Insurance or Banking organizations (mandatory)
• Currently designated as Manager or a tenured Deputy Manager Span of control: Minimum 100+ FTEs Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience managing operational KPIs and performance governance Profiles with predominantly KYC / AML-only experience will not be considered

• Lead and manage large Sanctions Screening operations teams Drive operational metrics including Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA Adherence, Productivity, and Quality
• Ensure compliance with global financial crime regulations and internal controls
• Manage client and stakeholder escalations Lead performance management, coaching, and capability building initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
