Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-potential HR professional with around 6+ years of experience to work on strategic and high-impact special projects within the HR function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex people-related problems, building new HR initiatives, and working closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.

The candidate will partner with HR leadership to design, implement, and scale key HR programs and transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Strategic HR Projects

  • Lead and execute cross-functional HR initiatives such as HR transformation, process improvement, and digital HR initiatives.
  • Support the design and rollout of new HR frameworks and programs.

Program Management

  • Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple HR projects.
  • Track progress and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

HR Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse HR data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.

Policy & Process Development

  • Review existing HR processes and recommend improvements.
  • Support the creation of scalable HR frameworks and playbooks.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR leaders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align stakeholders.

Research & Benchmarking

  • Conduct research on best practices, industry trends, and innovative HR models.
  • Support the design of new initiatives based on benchmarking insights.

Key Projects May Include

  • HR transformation and process redesign
  • Performance management framework improvements

  • Leadership development programs
  • Organizational design and workforce planning projects

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM with specialization in HR from a top B-School preferred
  • 6+ years of experience
