Job Title: AVP/VP - Advisory (Techno-Functional)
Location: Hybrid / UK Shift (2 PM - 11 PM)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned AVP/VP for Advisory with strong techno-functional expertise and proven leadership in managing large development teams. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with strategic advisory capabilities to drive solutions in a global market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sizable team of developers, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Act as a techno-functional bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

- Provide strategic advisory on technology solutions, particularly in .NET technology.
- Engage with global market clients and projects, understanding business requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ensure smooth operations across multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technology roadmaps and process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with .NET technology is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a techno-functional role with exposure to advisory responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing large teams of developers.
- Familiarity with global markets and working with international clients.
- Comfortable working in UK Shift (2 PM - 11 PM) / Hybrid model.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in technology advisory or development teams.
