Rate: 1.9 per monthLocation: WFHResponsibilities
- As a BI Maintenance Consultant, you will operate as part of the BI Corp Team and will handle the following actions:
- Analyze and qualify different types of Jira tickets (Support, change requests) as first point of contact
- Understand business units needs and be able to challenge them and translate needs into BI solution
- Support the Business in the understanding of in-house BI solution
- Analyze technical Talend workflows (Jobs, Execution plans) and monitor executions
- Perform SQL and DAX scripting
- Perform changes within Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- Communicate with the stakeholders
- Autonomous in the communication with the business and development teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of more than 10 years in BI
- Strong knowledge of BI solutions and technologies (Talend, SQL, Power BI, DAX)
- Rigorous and disciplined in the follow up of support tickets
- Able to quickly respond to rapidly changing business environment
- Familiar with Agile development Context
- International Hard skills
- 10 years min of experience
- English mandatory
- Power BI and SQL mastery
- Strong knowledge of Talend DI and Talend Administration Center (TAC)
- Strong knowledge of BI Soft skills
- Autonomy, Rigor, Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, respect of the hierarchy
