Job Description

    You will be joining a dynamic team at apna, India's largest professional networking and jobs platform, as an Executive Operations in the Onboarding team focused on Voice processes. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of cases, ensuring timely response and accurate tagging in communication channels such as Slacks and Emails. Your responsibilities will also include actively following up on data tasks, maintaining detailed excel sheets, and ensuring proper taxonomy and mapping of departments and sub-departments for job approvals.
    To excel in this position, you should possess a graduation degree and preferably have experience in recruitment, BPO/KPO, Customer Success, Call center, or SaaS-related fields. Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages is required, along with a minimum typing speed of 20-25 words per minute. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in customer support roles, preferably in a voice process setup.
    A stable work environment with a reliable Wi-Fi connection (minimum speed of 30 Mbps) and a dedicated work-from-home setup is necessary. The role involves working in rotational shifts, including weekends and extended hours, so flexibility in scheduling is key. Familiarity with digital tools like Excel, CRM, ticketing systems, chat software, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly is essential.

    In this role, you will be expected to commit to a minimum duration and be ready to start within a month. Adaptability to change and a flexible mindset are crucial traits for success. The working hours for this position are on a 5-day rotational shift basis, with shift timings ranging from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with potential future flexibility for a 9 AM to 9 PM window.,
