Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Functional Consultant-Dynamics 365 at Tim Hortons, located in Bengaluru. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, consulting with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves collaborating with finance and other business units to enhance system functionality and provide training and support to end-users.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, etc.) as per project needs.

Design, implement, and test system customizations, workflows, and integrations.

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide training, user support, and documentation for end-users.

Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of Dynamics 365 environments.

Stay up to date with Microsoft updates, features, and best practices to enhance the platforms capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding
  • Strong Communication and Consulting skills

  • Experience in Finance and ERP systems
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage
