Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in broadcasting or streaming in a high-tech multimedia environment.
- Excellent communication skills for leading meetings, escalating issues, and reporting to executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in time management and meeting deadlines.
- 5 + years experience working with technical teams, digital media workflows, and live production environments.
- Proven proficiency in broadcast signal analysis, cloud-based solutions, and distribution technologies (CDN, SCTE, DAI).
- Proven understanding of live television production, including switchers, audio mixing, graphics, and IP-based transport (SMPTE 2110. HLS, SRT, RTMP, etc.).
- 2+ years of proven experience working with broadcast regulations, encryption systems, and compliance standards.

- Bachelors degree in Broadcasting, Media Studies, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Effective communicator, resilient, collaborative, and able to prioritize and make timely decisions.
- Experience with live sports broadcasts beneficial.
