- 5 years of professional experience working in business development at multiple companies in financial services segments
- Direct experience structuring partnership deals and negotiating technical terms across multiple partner types in the payment industry
- Self-starter who works optimally in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completion
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally to evaluate and drive resolution on complex problems
- Demonstrated ability working in or with traditional issuers and across markets
- Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, funds flow, roles/responsibilities for settlement, relevant regulations and industry standards and the wide spectrum of payment issuing products
