Job Description
- 5–8 years of experience in product design, systems design, or related disciplines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent collaborative and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to forecast schedule, communicate status, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and platform components, principles and conventions
- Experience maintaining large-scale design systems or shared resource libraries
- High proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of layout, color, and typography
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience using latest tools and techniques for automating tasks and quality control
- Experience in a variety of industry verticals like health & fitness, education, medical, finance, news, etc. is helpful
- Direct experience using Apple SDKs and tools such as SwiftUI, UIKit, AppKit, Xcode, Icon Composer
- Familiarity with accessibility concepts and best practices
- Passion for Apple’s design philosophy and commitment to exceptional user experiences
- Motivated, proactive, outgoing, and comfortable working in a loosely structured organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Centered Design, Visual Communication Design, or equivalent experience.
