Job Description
- 8+ years of progressive experience in channel sales and/or distribution management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Advanced analytical skills, proficient in using Excel to derive data-driven insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver articulate, compelling presentations (especially in Keynote), translating complex data into insightful and persuasive narratives.
- Deep understanding of the distribution process and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with distributors to drive downstream channel sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with and influencing complex customer relationships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to define and drive a rigorous weekly sales management cadence, ensuring execution against key goals and objectives.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% per quarter.
