Job Description
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Engineering Program Manager (EPM), Engineering Lead, or Product Lead.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives—this could be as a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Engineering Program Manager (EPM), Engineering Lead, or Product Lead.
- Proven ability to drive multi-year, multi-team programs that require both customer and technical focus.
- Experience leading customer-facing software initiatives, balancing business objectives, customer impact, and engineering constraints.
- Experience with enterprise-scale software development lifecycles, including launch strategies, compliance, and operational scaling.
- Experience managing cross-org dependencies across multiple engineering, product, and business teams.
- Proficiency in setting up governance models, decision-making frameworks, and program health metrics.
- Ability to drive consistency in execution across different teams, priorities, and timelines.
- Proven track record of influencing at all levels, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Experience handling multi-functional trade-offs, ensuring collaboration rather than friction.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows and architectural trade-offs, even if not hands-on coding.
- Familiarity with scalable architectures, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software development best practices.
