Job Description
- 3 or more years of executive administration experience
- Prior experience supporting a senior executive in a publicity, communications or marketing department in television, film or for a talent agency
- Experience working at an entertainment network or studio with executives, producers, talent representatives, casts and creative teams
- Exceptionally well-organized, hard-working and diplomatic, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Direct experience dealing with confidential information with integrity
- Efficient with Apple Programs, including iCal, Keynote, Mail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and follow through on all projects
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under pressure
- Eager and willing to take on new challenges
- Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously
- A keen interest in television, film, pop culture and entertainment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
