- BS/MS/MA/PhD degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Media Production or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in a production leadership role, preferably within the media technology industry.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing production pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and/or machine learning-driven projects.
- Managing large-scale data collection projects and processes, including high-quality audio/video data for use in machine learning applications / large language models (LLMs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines, locations, and time zones.
- A passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
