What role you will play in team: Analyze HR data to identify trends, improve HR processes, and support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with other HR professionals to improve HR processes.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
