Job Description
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA or equivalent) preferably majoring in finance with up to 2 years of experience in SAP FICO.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex projects across internal and external teams.
- Foundational understanding of business processes in order to cash (O2C) procure to pay(P2P) and record to report(R2R) functions.
- Good conceptual understanding of all Accounting and Financial concepts
- Basic understanding of Cost and Management reporting functions
- Prior experience and end-user working knowledge in ERP systems and Financial tools during CA apprenticeship
- Prior experience or certification in SAP or other ERP applications is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI and cloud platforms.
- Good ability to tailor and communicate information for various collaborators.
- Quick learner with a passion for new technologies.
