Job Description
- 8+ years of engineering experience in mechanical manufacturing
- 3+ years of management
- Experience with Mechanical Fabricated parts, jigs, fixtures, tooling, machine shop, (CNC, Mills, Lathes)
- BS, MS or PhD in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred
- Demonstrate hands-on mechanical ability
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of DOE, GD&T, SPC
- Strong experience in PFMEA and failure analysis
- Engineering management or program management experience
- Strong cross functional partnership experience with multi-disciplinary teams
