Job Description
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with a track record of building and developing technical talent
- Strong technical background in low-level systems, including computer architecture and Unix-based operating systems
- Experience with systems programming languages (C, C++) and scripting languages (Python)
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-phase technical projects from conception to launch
- Deep understanding of software quality practices, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD systems
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across organizations and influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience making technical trade-off decisions under constraints
- Experience with source control management (Git) and modern software development workflows

- Background in Apple silicon, ARM architecture, or other SoC platforms
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Django, Dagster, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration tools

- Knowledge of database systems (Postgres, MySQL) and distributed systems architecture
- Track record of building or scaling automation infrastructure and developer tools
- Experience with agile development methodologies and leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in a quality engineering or test automation leadership role
- Strong data-driven approach to decision making and quality measurement
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence
