Job Description
- 7+ years of experience specializing in visual design for the web, mobile and/or iOS app design.
- Proven industry experience in a marketing or e-commerce design environment.
- An online portfolio of original work demonstrating experience with e-commerce, user-centered design, and a strong visual aesthetic.
- High proficiency in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of web and app development principles, including HTML, CSS, and iOS technologies.
- Deep understanding of the brand voice, aesthetic, and tone.

- Proficient in Photoshop and Sketch, with experience in organizing files for design iteration, setting up files for web and app production, and adhering to graphic design standards.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, creative workplace, delivering high-quality design quickly.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to creative and technical audiences.
- Ability to take a campaign identity or style guide and scale it across interactive touchpoints, as well as build new ideas around it.
