Job Description
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with specific experience leading large-scale Infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering organizations.
- Deep experience operating in highly regulated environments (Fintech, Banking, Healthcare, or Public Sector) where security, privacy, and compliance and audit-readiness are non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture, cloud-native patterns, and the economics of cloud computing.
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority, specifically in aligning diverse engineering teams around unified technical standards and operational metrics.
- Experience applying GenAI and ML concepts to improve internal tooling, developer workflows, automation frameworks or service optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Payments, Banking, or Transactional Processing infrastructure.

- Developing and leading teams toward a long term vision and executing on team and organization-wide strategy.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategy and roadmaps to engineering teams and executive leadership.
- Passion to coach and mentor individual contributors and managers.
- Experience managing employees, contractors and distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
