Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3 – 5+ years of experience in embedded software, systems engineering, or technical partner engineering roles.
- Strong foundation in embedded systems engineering, including hardware–software integration. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across networking stacks and device interactions.
- Hands-on experience with Thread, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) radio technologies, along with proficiency in protocol analysis tools, packet sniffers, and log analysis workflows. Experience working with external partners or OEMs, driving programs from concept to launch, managing dependencies, timelines, and delivery of consumer hardware products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical and data-driven approach to debugging. Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Matter protocol, is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution rigor.
- Solid understanding of IoT architectures, device lifecycle, and real-world connectivity challenges.

- Ability to engage at a low-level technical depth with partner engineering teams, influencing design and implementation decisions.
- Experience in smart home / IoT ecosystems is highly desirable.
