Job Description
- 6+ years professional UX writing experience
- Experience writing for media streaming services and an understanding of subscription-based services
- Experience writing in-product copy across platforms, including mobile, desktop, and web
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, including information architecture
- Enthusiasm for an interactive writing process, including writing from scratch, editing existing copy, and considering language in the context of digital experiences
- Ability to advocate for users through thoughtful, intuitive language while also meeting business needs
- Strong prioritization skills with an ability to manage several projects simultaneously and dynamically reprioritize as needed
- Strong ability to present and defend writing choices in large forums, including executive reviews
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate feedback from multiple senior leaders
- Experience leveraging UX writing systems and familiarity with industry standards
- Fluency with design tools like Sketch and working with functional specs and wireframes
- Familiarity with LLM training and conversational experiences such as chatbots or AI-driven interfaces, including dialogue and prompts

- Creating structured training data for developing and evaluating large language models
- Experience managing or overseeing contract work
- Strong sense of Apple’s design, human interface, and editorial standards
- Familiarity with the Apple Sports app and/or a general interest in sports
- Understanding of writing optimized for accessibility and localization
- Passion for Apple, its products, and its customers
