Job Description
- BS with 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Programming experience in C, C++, Matlab, Python, or other similar languages
- Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment, expert in working with and programming high-volume automatic test equipment (ATE) testers such as LitePoint, Advantest, and Teradyne
- Deep understanding of wireless technologies
- Skilled at driving cross-functional decision-making and collaborating with various test teams (upstream/downstream) to develop a comprehensive end-to-end product testing strategy
- Highly self-motivated and capable of leading vendors, test partners, and establishing effective test strategies
- Exceptional expertise in hardware and software integration, problem-solving, and optimization
- Experienced in data and yield analysis, with proficiency in JMP or similar tools a plus
- Well-versed in the design, validation, and debugging of DUT control boards
- Experienced in applying AI/ML to improve test plans, test times, and speed up build learnings
