Job Description
- 8+ years of editing experience.
- Proven ability to deliver storytelling-driven visual content for high-profile brands.
- Exceptional instincts for pacing, narrative structure, and editorial decision-making.
- Ability to lead small teams of editors as we scale to meet demand.
- Expertise with Final Cut Pro X, Compressor, and Adobe Premiere.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and the ability to contribute beyond the edit when needed.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a diverse creative team, stakeholders, and executives.
- Experience with 9:16, 1:1, and other social/digital-first aspect ratios.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating editorial skill and craftsmanship.
- Technical proficiency with Arri Alexa, RED, Ronin 4D, R5, Movi rig, and high-end cinema workflows.
- BA/BFA in Film, Media Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- Submission of a demo reel and/or portfolio website (with password if applicable) that clearly demonstrates your video editing skills is required.

- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (or comparable) is a plus for color correction and creative grading.
- Audio editing and mixing are a plus.
- Familiarity with Pro Tools and/or Logic Pro, specifically with round trip audio for video finishing.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in commercial, documentary, or branded storytelling is preferred.
