Job Description
- 5 or more years of full time work experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic e-commerce, personalization, and/or customer experience role.
- A track record of driving significant strategic innovation that successfully addresses clear business objectives and/or drive impactful results.
- Demonstrated analytical, measurement, or reporting experience, including, but not limited to uncovering insights and root causes to identify clear takeaways and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Prior experience working on intelligently powered consumer personalization and AI initiatives at scale.
- Expertise, deep knowledge of, and passion for the global retail and/or B2C e-commerce industry - including, but not limited to, familiarity with future shopping and consumer behavior trends.
- Curiosity to question the status quo, simplify complexity, and think outside the box in order to push insightful research, creative ideation, and accelerated ways of working.

- Ability to simultaneously both operate strategically and tactically, proactively problem solving amidst ambiguity and sweating the details, while not losing sight of the big picture.
- Strong history of being resourceful and ultra-collaborative with cross functional and global teams, including leading through influence across all levels of an organization and flexibly adapting to feedback.
- Hands on experience with a variety of business analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and advanced Excel), building thorough business cases, and presenting exceptional stories (with advanced Keynote or PowerPoint proficiency)
