Job Description
- BA/BS in supply chain, logistics, analytics or related field and 10+ years of experience in global logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in both transportation operations (e.g., freight forwarding, carrier management, global shipping) and freight audit processes.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong vendor management skills, with a track record of successfully managing strategic carrier and forwarder relationships.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing operational systems and KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
