Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mengio for a Franchise Sales Manager. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for developing franchise sales strategies, managing and acquiring franchise leads, and building strong relationships with potential franchisees. Responsibilities include conducting market research, pitching the franchise business model to prospects, negotiating franchise agreements, and ensuring alignment with the companys brand and operational standards. The manager will also play a vital role in achieving sales targets and supporting new franchise partners during their initial setup and onboarding processes.
Qualifications

• Proficient in Business Planning and Lead Generation
