Job Description
- Set up, configure, and maintain demo environments across multiple platforms
- Ensure smooth integrations between Ecommerce, CRM, ERP, and related systems
- Customize demos based on business use cases
- Test for performance, stability, and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively
- Build deep knowledge of e-commerce, CRM, ERP, and integration platforms
- Understand workflows, use cases, and technical capabilities
- Stay updated with product features, enhancements, and integrations
- Analyze client requirements and identify business challenges
- Support product trials and guide prospects through evaluation
- Deliver engaging product walkthroughs and demos
- Address queries and ensure a smooth, high-quality trial experience
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client workflows
- Map requirements to the right product capabilities
- Present tailored solutions through demos and discussions
- Collaborate with Sales & Tech teams to drive deal closures
- Strong communication skills (you can simplify tech without dumbing it down)
- Confident presenter with solid demo delivery skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to handle client conversations with clarity and confidence
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- B.E / B.Tech (IT / CS / ECE) or equivalent
- Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation)
- 6 months – 2 years of relevant experience
- Freshers with strong internships + communication skills are welcome
