Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also support daily administrative tasks and collaborate with the HR team to enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
