Job Description

Hiring Business Development Executive for our Recruitment Firm.

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 1 to 3 years

CTC - upto 3-4 Lpa

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

? Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads across targeted industries.

? Cold call, email, network, and use social platforms (LinkedIn/Job Portals) to reach

potential clients.

? Approach HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers to pitch recruitment

services.

? Schedule and conduct meetings/presentations with prospective clients.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

? Understand client hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.

? Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business deals.

? Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and performance KPIs.

Account Management

? Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

? Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.

? Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.Market Research & Strategy

? Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry hiring patterns.

? Contribute ideas to improve BD strategies and service offerings.

Skills & Competencies Required:

? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Proven experience in business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing.

? Ability to build relationships and network with HR professionals.

? Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.

? Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.

? Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking.

Education:

? Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.

? MBA (Preferred but not mandatory).
