About the Role - D365 Finance & Operations Project Management Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Project Management Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, business process consulting, and enterprise transformation programs.
The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with strong exposure to Project Management and Accounting modules, requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation lifecycle management.
This role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, business process understanding, and hands-on experience delivering enterprise ERP transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure and support D365 F&O Project Management and Accounting modules.
- Drive end-to-end ERP implementation activities including:
- Requirement Gathering
- Fit-Gap Analysis
- Solution Design
- Configuration
- Testing
- UAT
- Go-Live Support
- Conduct workshops, process discussions, and solution demonstrations with business users.
- Prepare:
- Business Process Flows
- User Stories
- Solution Documentation
- Collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams for successful solution delivery.
- Support integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Ensure adherence to business processes, compliance standards, and project governance practices.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum or waterfall delivery methodologies depending on project requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 - 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations.
Strong hands-on experience in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Project Management & Accounting Module
Proven experience in:
- End-to-End Implementations
- Rollouts
- Support & Enhancement Projects
- Strong understanding of:
- ERP Business Processes
