Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary Range: 3 LPA to 5 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our corporate gift sales division. This position involves engaging with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs, and promoting our range of premium products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect and acquire new corporate clients for our range of corporate gift products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our corporate gift offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to position our offerings effectively in the market.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in B2B sales and corporate gifting.
  • A valid bike license and own transportation are mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the corporate gifting industry and market trends is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday during regular business hours.
