As a Backend Software Engineer, you will utilize your expertise in application development, particularly in .NET Core, Microservices, and Azure Cloud Services. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions that prioritize performance and security. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET Core and Microservices architecture.
- Develop and integrate APIs to support frontend functionalities and third-party integrations.
- Utilize various Azure Cloud Services such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage Service, Azure Service Bus, Azure App Service, Azure App Insights, Azure Monitoring, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure VMs.
- Manage data efficiently through SQL Server and Document databases.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Ensure adherence to application and cloud security best practices throughout the development process.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in application development.
- Proficiency in .NET Core and Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience with SQL Server and Document databases.
- Proven track record in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with Application and Cloud Security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
