Our After Sales Support team plays a key role in ensuring smooth student journeys and strong customer satisfaction.
Role & responsibilities
- Provide post-enrollment support to students via calls, emails & WhatsApp.
- Assist with onboarding, LMS access, schedules & general queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up to improve student engagement and reduce drop-offs.
Preferred candidate profile

- Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory).
- Experience in Customer Support/After Sales Support (EdTech/BPO preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving & multitasking skills.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of basic CRM/LMS tools.
