Job Description
- The company Aracion is looking for a proficient and meticulous Test Engineer to join their wireless test division. Your primary responsibility will include the execution and validation of test cases for LTE and 5G ORAN/RAN radios in accordance with 3GPP standards, with a focus on supporting product certification, regulatory approvals, and carrier validation. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams will be essential for ensuring quality assurance, interoperability, and performance validation through the use of cutting-edge test platforms.
Your key responsibilities will encompass performing RF, RRM, and Protocol Testing of LTE / 5G (FR1/FR2) base stations according to 3GPP test specifications (e.g., TS 38.141), conducting interoperability and conformance tests on ORAN Distributed Units (DU), Central Units (CU), and Radio Units (RU), implementing test plans utilizing advanced tools such as Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, VIAVI, and resolving issues by analyzing test logs. Additionally, you will be required to provide support for OTA and conducted testing, inclusive of throughput, mobility, and regression test cases, while also collaborating with R&D, validation teams, and network vendors for troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Documenting and reporting test results in adherence to regulatory and internal standards will also form a crucial part of your role.

To qualify for this position, you should possess a B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field, along with at least 2-6 years of experience in RF/Protocol testing for LTE/5G networks. A thorough understanding of 3GPP 36/38 series standards and ORAN architecture, hands-on experience with test equipment and test automation frameworks, familiarity with lab test environments (shielded chambers, CATR setups, signal generators, spectrum analyzers), and experience in log analysis (QXDM, Wireshark, etc.) would be advantageous.,
