Cyber Security Analyst

· Manage and fine-tune DLP, CASB, and SWG policies on the Netskope platform.

· Investigate DLP alerts, identify data exfiltration risks, and drive incident response activities.

· Monitor risky behaviors and enforce SSL decryption, web filtering, and

· Monitor, triage, and respond to security events across CrowdStrike Falcon and SecureWorks Taegis.

· Correlate alerts across platforms to identify legitimate threats and eliminate noise.

· Conduct root cause analysis, generate incident summaries, and maintain/update knowledge base articles and playbooks.

· Collaborate with IT teams and engage directly with users during investigations.

Generate reports for audit, compliance, and security KPIs.
