JOB DESCRIPTION:
Function Description:
Accertify Chargeback India Team is responsible for providing chargeback Prevention Services to their clients by reviewing and analyzing the transactions and providing the best solutions.
Purpose of the Role:
- Provide strong customer service and take initiatives to solve issues through detailed research
- Professionally persistent and a contributor to client success
- Analyze situations and issues and draw logical conclusions to determine accurate resolutions
- To win maximum number of disputes, produce high revenues by using established standards of the chargeback industry, and deliver premium service to our clients
- Constantly communicate trends, share best practices and ideas with peers and leadership
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate, investigate, and respond to disputes received by various clients with robust compelling evidence
- Perform chargeback analysis and resolve transactions as per the best resolutions
- Conduct extensive research to validate purchases across platforms
- Import and Export data with 100% accuracy from client platforms to Accertify and vice-versa
- Work with peers and Managed Services leadership to communicate Chargeback & Fraud trends and share best practices, ideas and information
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, operations, and compliance standard
Past Experience:
- Worked on Consumer or Commercial Portfolios(Airlines or Retail preferred)
- Knowledge of Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Services preferred
- 0-3 Years of experience
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
- Analytical Mind and Attention to Detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding Communication Skills

Technical Skills/Capabilities:
- Demonstrated experience and/or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must possess strong Internet research, along with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once
Knowledge of Platforms:
- White Pages
- Operational Queues Management platforms
Behavioral Skills/Capabilities
- Self-Motivated and a Team Player
- Flexible & Adaptive in changing business environments and pressure
Academic Background:
- Finance/Commerce/Bachelor’s Degree Require
