Investment Banking Analyst - Financial Sponsors Coverage

What role you will play in team: Support senior bankers in developing relationships with and providing advisory services to private equity and other financial sponsors.

What you will do: Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research for various sponsor-related transactions.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and maintaining financial models for sponsor-related transactions (LBOs, recapitalizations, etc.)
• Conducting financial due diligence on target companies
• Preparing marketing materials and presentations to potential clients
• Supporting senior bankers in client relationship management
  
• Participating in deal execution and closing processes
• Analyzing industry trends and competitive landscapes

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
• Understanding of leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and other financial sponsor transactions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
