Job Description

    You are a polished and sales-driven Aesthetic Sales Consultant cum Patient Care Coordinator at our Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic located in Koramangala. Your primary responsibility is to educate potential patients about available surgical and non-surgical procedures, establish trust, and convert inquiries into scheduled treatments while achieving sales targets. Your role requires a combination of strong sales skills, a passion for aesthetics, and a commitment to patient care.
    Your key responsibilities include conducting thorough consultations with potential patients to understand their goals, recommending suitable procedures, explaining options, pricing, and financing clearly, following up with leads and previous consultations to close sales, nurturing long-term relationships with patients, coordinating with medical staff for a seamless patient experience, exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, staying updated on clinic services and industry trends, documenting patient interactions in the CRM system, and attending trainings to enhance your knowledge of aesthetic procedures and sales techniques.
    To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, cosmetics, or healthcare, a strong interest in plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments, exceptional communication and presentation skills, a high level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence, a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals, proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred qualifications include a background in aesthetic sales, medi-spa, or luxury retail, experience in a medical or clinical setting, and bilingual skills.
